These Terms govern your use of Klavoro ("the Service"), a hosted tool for managing WhatsApp Business messaging, automation, campaigns, and related features, connected to your own Meta WhatsApp Business Account. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account credentials to the Service. You are responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, and any other Meta terms that apply to your use of WhatsApp — the Service does not send messages on your behalf that violate those policies, and your WhatsApp number remains subject to enforcement action by Meta independent of this Service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as shown on your chosen plan, and processed by Razorpay. Plans may include usage limits (messages, team seats); exceeding a limit may pause further sending or require an additional charge, as described on your plan. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
Meta/WhatsApp's own conversation-based charges are billed separately by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business Account and are not part of your subscription to this Service.
You retain ownership of your customer data and message content. We process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you close your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Anthropic, Razorpay) whose own availability is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, including any action taken by Meta against your WhatsApp Business Account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, WhatsApp's policies, or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the support contact provided on your account's billing page.
